Return & Refund Policy

At BigBrick, we are committed to offering authentic products and accurate listings. To protect both buyers and ourselves, please note the following terms of sale.

  1. No Change of Mind Returns

    We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or buyer’s remorse.

    Please review all photos, descriptions, and condition notes carefully before placing your order.

  2. Sealed Products – Packaging Disclaimer

    All sealed items are 100% authentic.

    Factory-sealed Pokémon and TCG products may vary in outer packaging quality. While some items arrive with tight and flawless seals, others may show minor cosmetic issues such as loose wrap, slits, or small tears in the plastic.

    These imperfections are common in manufacturer packaging and do not affect the integrity or authenticity of the contents.

    Returns will not be accepted for seal or packaging flaws.

  3. Item Condition & Accuracy

    Card conditions (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played) are provided to the best of our judgment and supported by photos where possible.

    Grading is subjective, and buyers are encouraged to ask questions before purchasing.

  4. Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

    If your item arrives faulty, incorrect, or damaged in transit, you must:

    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery through Shopify messages or email.
    • Provide clear photographs of the issue and original packaging.

    Once verified, we will arrange either a replacement (if available) or a refund.

    Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including packaging.

  5. Return Authorisation

    Do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

    If approved, return instructions will be provided.

    Return postage:

    • If the fault is ours, we cover the return shipping.
    • If not, the buyer is responsible for return costs.
  6. Refund Processing

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

    Please allow up to 5 business days after the item is received and inspected.

  7. Final Sale Items

    Products marked as “clearance” or “as-is” are not eligible for return or refund.

    Sealed products that have been opened are strictly non-returnable.

  8. Consumer Rights

    Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
